摘       要：

本次讲座提供关于会计和金融领域人工智能及金融科技研究的实用介绍。它探讨研究人员如何从传统的实证研究转向应用人工智能研究，回顾新兴的关于人工智能和金融科技的文献，并介绍现代的人工智能和大型语言模型(LLM)工具。讲座特别关注于如何产生可复现的结果，避免前瞻偏见，以及理解模型调优和蒸馏技术。此外，本次讲座还将概述资本市场研究中常用的人工智能工具，强调应用人工智能的学习资源，并介绍在新兴的由人工智能驱动的领域中生成研究思路的框架。

This session provides a practical introduction to AI and fintech research in accounting and finance. It discusses how researchers can transition from traditional empirical research to applied AI research, reviews the emerging AI and fintech literature, and introduces modern AI and large language model (LLM) tools. Particular attention is given to producing replicable results, avoiding look-ahead bias, and understanding model tuning and distillation techniques. The session also surveys commonly used AI tools for capital markets research, highlights learning resources for applied AI, and presents frameworks for generating research ideas in emerging AI-driven areas.

主讲人介绍：

曹顺老师（Sean Cao）是美国马里兰大学史密斯商学院终身教职（Tenured Associate Professor），AI与资本市场研究中心的创始人及主任，同时担任哈佛商学院D^3研究所（Digital Data Design Institute）的兼职教授。他的研究成果得到Financial Times、CNBC、Bloomberg、The Guardian、Quartz和IR Magazine等著名媒体的广泛关注和报道。已有研究成果 (许多和博士生合作）发表在金融学、会计学、计算科学的顶级期刊上，如Journal of Accounting Research、Journal of Financial Economics、Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis、Review of Financial Studies、The Accounting Review、Contemporary Accounting Research、Management Science和IEEE Computer等，并多次荣获期刊和学术会议的最佳论文奖（例如：论文From Man vs. Machine to Man + Machine: The Art and AI of Stock Analyses获得Journal of Financial Economics的Fama-DFA奖，论文How to Talk When Machines are Listening: Corporate Disclosure in the Age of AI获得Review of Financial Studies的Michael J. Brennan奖）。他目前担任Contemporary Accounting Research和Management Science的客座主编和副主编，并且曾担任Review of Financial Studies金融科技与机器学习会议的联合主席，收到近450篇高质量投稿。
