范吕

博士，副教授，硕士生导师，英国注册会计师非执业会员（ACCA）。先后于2011年和2013年获得对外经济贸易大学管理学学士 (财务管理) 、硕士学位（会计学），于2017年获得香港浸会大学管理学博士学位（会计学）。

主要研究领域为公司治理，避税和审计。在Accounting and Finance，International Review of Economics & Finance。参与国家自然科学基金项目1项。

Lyu Fan 

Lyu Fan is an associate professor at College of Economics and Management, China Agricultural University. She received her B.S. in Financial Management from University of International Business and Economics in 2011, Master in Accounting from University of International Business and Economics in 2013, and Ph.D. in Accounting from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2017. Dr. Fan’s research focuses on corporate governance, tax avoidance and audit. Her research papers have been published in Accounting and Finance and International Review of Economics & Finance. She participates in National Natural Science Foundation of China program.
