薛莉

中国农业大学经济管理学院副教授，2019年6月博士毕业于中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所，2019年7月至2022年6月留所从事博士后研究工作。主要研究领域为可持续食物系统、食物损失和浪费以及资源环境管理，在Nature Food、Environmental Science & Technology、Resource, Conservation and Recycling、Journal of Industrial Ecology等国际学术期刊上发表论文多篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目和2019年度博士后创新人才支持计划项目各1项。

Li Xue

Dr. Li Xue is an Associate Professor at the College of Economics and Management, China Agricultural University. She obtained her Ph.D. degree from Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019, and then she worked as a postdoctoral researcher from 2019 to 2022. Her research interests focuses on the sustainable food system, food loss and food waste, and resource and environmental management. Her research works have been published in academic journals, including Nature Food, Environmental Science & Technology, Resource, Conservation and Recycling, and Journal of Industrial Ecology. She is the principal investigator of several projects granted by National Natural Science Foundation of China and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
