陈祁晖

陈祁晖博士于2012年获得美国明尼苏达大学（University of Minnesota）应用经济学博士学位（主修发展经济学，辅修统计学）。其博士论文“Three Essays on Human Capital Investment in China”获得2012-2013年度明尼苏达大学应用经济系优秀博士论文奖。陈博士的研究主要应用微观计量经济学方法来分析发展中国家的教育、健康和劳动力市场发展问题，特别是公共政策、干预项目和家庭资源如何影响发展中国家儿童的人力资本积累；目前正在主持一项国家自然科学基金课题，一项教育部人文社科基金课题，及一项北京市社会科学基金课题。其研究成果发表在Economics and Human Biology, Economics Letters, Food Policy, International Journal of Educational Development, Journal of Economic Education等一系列国际学术期刊上。陈博士长期以来为20多个国际学术期刊提供匿名审服务；自2018年8月起任国际学术期刊China Agricultural Economic Review的副主编。

Qihui Chen

Dr. Qihui Chen received his Ph.D. degree in Applied Economics (Major field: Development Economics; Minor: Statistics) from the University of Minnesota –Twin Cities in 2012. His dissertation, titled “Three Essays on Human Capital Investment in China”, won the 2012-2013 Applied Economics Outstanding Dissertation Award from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Chen’s research applies econometric methods to study education, health and welfare issues in developing countries, especially on how government policy, intervention programs, and family resources can affect the accumulation of children’s human capital. His research has appeared in international academic journals such as Economics and Human Biology, Economics Letters, Food Policy, International Journal of Educational Development and Journal of Economic Education, among others. Dr. Chen is currently serving as an Associated Editor of China Agricultural Economic Review and has been a consultant for the World Bank for many years.
